Airshafts with key
The pneumatic expanding airshafts with keys are mainly used to unwind or rewind single rolls min. 300 mm wide, and/or to transmit an high torque. They body can be made from natural or surface anodized aluminium, or alternatively from zinc-plated or chrome-plated steel. The zinc-plated steel journals are always manufactured according to the customer’s drawing. The expanding keys are from aluminium or rubber. They keys can expand thanks to a single central tube from high-strength rubber.
They are available from a min. diam. of 12 mm to max. 200 mm.
